Year 6 Orientation Day

We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to the Year 7 2023 Orientation Day on Tuesday 29 November.

On this day, students will have the chance to participate in a range of activities that will assist them in making a smooth transition to high school.

We will also be holding a welcome and information session for parents and caregivers from 9.00-10.00am to discuss important details about starting high school, which will be followed by morning tea with school personnel.

The P&C will be operating the second hand clothing shop from 8.30-9.00am and 10.30-11.30am on the Orientation Day for any parents and caregivers who would like to purchase uniform items.

 

Clothing, Food and Equipment Requirements for Orientation Day:

• Students are to wear their primary school sports uniform on the day as they may be involved in activities that require physical activity. It is recommended that students bring a hat as they will be outside for part of the day.

• Footwear needs to be fully enclosed lace up sports shoes.  

• Students must bring their own food or money for the canteen for recess and lunch. Students should also bring a water bottle.
